• To share your claim or inquiry with the property you selected so its leasing team can contact you.
• To generate and deliver claim codes and expiration reminders.
• To send rent special alerts you asked for.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site, including our AI search experience.
• To report aggregate performance to advertisers.

How We Share Information

When you claim a special or submit an inquiry, we share your contact details with that property and its management or advertising partner, including RenterMagnet, so they can respond to you. Those parties handle your information under their own privacy practices.

We also use service providers for hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and AI processing. We do not sell your personal information.
